The elegant Francis Marion Hotel offers upscale accommodation in a full service hotel on the edge of downtown Charleston. 

Standard guest rooms feature 1 king or 2 queen beds, complimentary high speed internet access, marble bathrooms with pedestal sinks and brass fixtures, dual telephone lines with voice mail and flat screen televisions, full room service, dry cleaning, laundry service.

Luxurious amenities include, plush European style bedding with elegant duvets and down pillows. As the tallest building in the historic district, many rooms in the Francis Marion offer spectacular views of Charleston’s church steeples, antebellum mansions and famous harbour.

Other hotel amenities include Concierge, valet parking, doorman, newspaper/gift shop, Spa Adagio Day Spa, bar, restaurant and Starbucks Café. Parking is available in the City of Charleston garage located adjacent to the hotel, with 314 parking spaces. Valet service is available, currently at $17.00 per day plus tax, and self parking is an option at $12.00 per day (cash only).

Dining
The on-site Swamp Fox Restaurant & Bar offers upscale Southern cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner and lively piano bar entertainment. The restaurant has a private dining room, the Parkview, that seats 30 and overlooks King Street and Marion Square Park. Guests enjoy the live jazz piano in the evening.

There is also the Starbucks Café situated at the front of the hotel if you are looking for something quick or need that caffeine fix!

Spa Adagio
The Francis Marion’s Spa Adagio offers relaxation treatments including massage therapy, facials, manicures, sea mud wraps, salt scrubs, stone therapy and paraffin dips. The Adagio Boutique carries the finest lines in skin care products to use during your stay or to take home.
