We have access to a range of four bedroom private homes situated throughout Kiawah Island. equipment and furnishing varies as you would expect for private homes but the quality is generally of a very high standard.
Views vary but include golf course, lagoon, marsh and wooded views. We do not have any ocean view homes available.
We can request specific units but cannot always guarantee this as units may be removed from the program temporarily if the owner wishes to use it.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be added on request.
Minimum stay
There is a minimum booking requirement of two nights accommodation & 2 rounds of Kiawah golf. We find most of our guests stay 3 nights and play 2 rounds as part of a longer trip involving one or more of our other Carolina destinations.

Golf
There are five golf courses attached to the resort with several other courses nearby. See the Kiawah golf page for more information on local courses.
Downtown Charleston
This beautiful and historic city, just 45 minutes from Kiawah, boasts a lively, cosmopolitan mix of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions including historic homes, cobbled streets, colonial architecture and gardens. The waterfront area offers breathtaking views of Charleston Harbour and some of the areas major attractions such as Fort Sumter and Patriot’s Point Naval Museum.
